Well established and organized solo Family Practice Clinic, Commercial and Broadway area, in a medical building next to sky train station with lab in the building. Xray facility walking distance away. Excellent MOA. No hospital, no calls, no obstetrics, 80/20 split with 100 % forms and notes. 35-40 pt per day with combination of office and phone appointments, 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Completely paperless, Oscar EMR. Parking on site can be arranged.
