- Compensation Fee for service
- Estimated Remuneration - $1200-$1400 per shift - Uninsured services & private pay visit extra - Minimum 6 patients guaranteed per hour
- Payment Terms 70-30 model split or sliding scale model (OPEN FOR NEGOTIATION) 6 months contract $6000 signing bonus
- Incentives & Guaranteed Minimums Minimum 6 patients guaranteed per hour. Business Cost Premium $6000 signing bonus
