THRIVE MEDICAL CLINIC is a new Full service Family Practice / Walk-in Clinic located in busy Ironwood Plaza on Steveston Highway in Richmond, BC.
We are welcoming any Family Physician’s who are looking to start a new practice either Full time, Part-time, looking to move practices or interested in doing Walk-in shifts.
We also provide access to both Virtual and Telemedicine appointments and are flexible with the schedules with Physicians who want to work from home and can start anytime between 9-5 pm daily . We also have several opportunities for any Locum coverage if any Physicians are interested.
Ironwood has a very diverse population, and a high demand for both Walk-in and Long term care. We have Weekend Shifts available
Our practice currently has 4 Full Family Practice Physicians and a Dermatologist/FP specialist. we are looking to grow our practice especially on the Walk-in Practice as the demand his high .
If you are interested in doing medical aesthetics we have a nice private room setup for botox/ fillers, etc.

- Perks Our office is in busy Ironwood Plaza in the mall. Large volumes of patients are available for both Walk-in and Long term care. Ironwood Plaza has a Starbucks, and endless choices for food options . Easy ground level parking. We are just off the 99 fwy and Steveston Hwy so if your commuting , its only 20minutes from both Delta/ South Surrey/ White Rock and Downtown Vancouver. We are signed up for the business cost premium if you bill MSP old model, we are a registered facility for LFP new billing model. We have a large lunch room with coffee available in house and can host seminars at lunch.
- Work Environment We have 10 examination rooms as well as a procedure room with the benefit of a large clinic space. Our Multi-Physician Clinic offers a collaborative environment. Our Clinic is attached next to Synergy Rehabilitation which offers Physiotherapy, RMT, Chiropractic services. We also have Sleep Apnea Screenings services done at our clinic on a weekly basis. Experienced MOAs and work staff. Efaxing through the EMR, can be done on your phone remotely.

- Compensation Fee for service
- Estimated Remuneration negotiable
- Payment Terms negotiable for MSP billings 75/25 ( old model)or negotiable split with new model
- Incentives & Guaranteed Minimums Guaranteed minimum can be offered. Paid every 2 weeks instead of monthly, depending on billings sliding scale can be used on new model.
