Why Choose RCH? You will join a well-established program, yet one that has been rejuvenated. In the last year, we have co-created an innovative workload model at our site that ensures our hospitalist physicians have consistently safe and manageable physician-to-patient ratios. This has transformed hospitalist satisfaction for our team members, where they can provide the best care with ample time to do so while restoring work-life balance and a sense of satisfaction in our patient care. This positive attribute has facilitated our hospitalist program being fully staffed despite physician shortages in adjacent facilities. Our patient case selection is interesting and often complex. We benefit from robust consultative support from a full complement of medical and surgical specialists. Situated in the heart of Metro Vancouver, RCH offers convenience and accessibility by car or public SkyTrain.
