- Work Environment Located at Main and 1st avenue with a clinic manager and 2 MOAs. Integrated with yYoung Pharmacy. Family practice, general practice, walk-in services based on availability, nurse practitioners (contracted and in collaboration with PCN), clinical counselling, and pharmacy. Well rounded team with a supportive and communicative environment.

- Community / Neighbourhood Olympic Village at Main and 1st avenue. Near Main St skytrain and major bus routes. Coffee shops and restaurants close by.

- Estimated Remuneration Paid under the Longitudinal Family Physician model. 75/25 split.
