The facility consists of 8 operating rooms, including 5 General Surgery rooms that specialize in Orthopedic, General Surgery, Plastic and Reconstruction Surgery, Vascular, Pediatric Dental, and 3 rooms dedicated to Colon Screening. The facility also has 4 Overnight Rooms.

- Compensation Fee for service
- Payment Terms Hourly rate of $226.00 AND $113.00 per 30 minutes for time exceeding 7.5 hours per day (less fee for service payments)
