Laurel Medical Clinic is a busy, friendly, well-established clinic in Vancouver. It is located in a medical building with specialists, lab, pharmacy, and x-ray on-site. It has 10 examination rooms, all equipped with a computer and a printer. The clinic conducts appointments both virtually and in person. The new physician will receive plenty of clinical and administrative support, with flexibility of working hours and the type of patients that the physician wishes to see. There is the opportunity for a long-term association with a competitive clinical overhead contribution, if desired. The clinic is located near West Broadway and Oak in Vancouver with many restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby. It is easily accessible by both transit and car.
Laurel Medical Clinic has between 6000 to 8000 patients, approximately. We see newborn to geriatric patients. Maternity care (including obstetrics delivery) is optional. The ability to speak Chinese is an asset. However, the majority of our doctors do not speak Chinese.
Our clinic opens Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 1pm. We are flexible in the hours you work and the number of patients you wish to see per day. The new physician is free to build their own panel or take over existing patients.
The new physician will get clinical support and mentoring, if required. They are free to ask clinical questions and will also receive administrative support, such as billing, referrals, and accounting, etc.
