CDK Family Medicine & Walk-In Clinic is a well established clinic located at two sites: Downtown and Northeast Kingston. We aim to serve patients with poor healthcare access through the walk in clinic that is open daily to the public. In addition, physicians part of our Family Health Group (FHG) have rostered patients who we follow for continuity and comprehensive care.
