- Size of clinic (how many family physicians to join plus how many exam rooms): at least one full time and one part time or even 2 part time, as we have 3 exam rooms, weighing area, reception area, waiting area and 2 washrooms.
- Schedule expectations for the physicians : we are flexible but we would like to have the clinic open 7 days a days most of the clinics are open 7 days
- Overhead expectations : 0% overhead, billing split: 90/10 or we can discuss it in person
- Clinic description : we are located in New westminster, clinic is on main road, over 10,000 plus residential houses/condos in walking distance and 3 schools in neighbourhood. We have strong support from the community and we have a long waiting list of patients who need a doctor and who has signed up at our clinic already. Pharmacy is in the same unit and it’s been in business for about 4 years now , so Physicians will be working closely with other healthcare professionals and we have eye specialists as well next door. We have 4 parking spots for staff in the building and tons of street parking just across the road. Location is very nice and it’s just a 5 minutes drive from Skytrain station and about 10 minutes drive to Queensborough bridge,10-15 minutes from Highway 1 and Pattulo bridge. New Westminster is a kind of centre for the lower mainland. It’s very central location: Burnaby 5 min, Vancouver and Surrey and Richmond all can be in short driving distance so travelling will not be an issue. Its brand new clinic so all fixtures and all clinic supplies are new and modern.
- Model : both (walk in and family practice) and we can even consider telehealth a few days/ week and in clinic 1 to 2 days in a week as well.
- I really think that it will be a good opportunity for any physician and they will be busy from their first day. We are happy to accomodate any other help they require. We can provide relocation allowance of $5000 as well as a signing bonus of $5000 if they agree to sign a contract for at least a year.
