- On-Call/After Hour Requirements no hospital call there is a 1 in 6 week call for the clinic which is by telephone only and usually very quiet (0-2 calls a week)
- Qualifications CCFP designation CMPA coverage licensed to practice in British Columbia
- Perks 1. If you are under NTP contract you will not have to worry about the stress of a high patient volume! As long as you work the minimum hours of the contract (25-26 hours/ week) you will be paid a set salary. You won't have the time pressure and stress of FFS. No overhead under NTP contract! 2.If you bill LFP you have the flexibility of seeing more pts and billing more and paying a flat over head rate or a percetnage. 3. We have an amazing RN in practice who helps with vaccination, prenatal care, complex care, diabetes education, wound care, MOCA/MMSE, home health referrals and much more. Reduces MD work load 4. - Work Environment 1.Fantastic colleagues (6MDs mostly working part time and 2 part time NPs). This is a teaching practice with many physicians doing procedures and very open to teaching. 2.Great MOA staff with an experienced office manager who has been there for more than ten years 3. The clinic is MD operated and very well run and patient centered

- Compensation Salary
- Estimated Remuneration At least $16,600 a month after over head on NTP contract Billings on LFP will be based on patient volume seen by MD
- Payment Terms On NTP contract your salary is roughly $8300 every 2 weeks or 16,600 a month with NO OVERHEAD. on LFP you will bill under your own name and then pay to the clinic the overhead . the split is 75/25 or flat rate of 375/day
- Incentives & Guaranteed Minimums A bonus of $1000 will be offered for locum coverage of 3months + $3000 will be offered for locum coverage of 6 months +
