We are a well established, busy practice with two locations in the UBC neighbourhood looking for locums to work in our LFP clinics. We have a clinic in the UBC village and another in Wesbrook Village and see UBC student, faculty and staff, as well as residents in the neighbouring communities. We have several physicians with LFP rosters and locums billing LFP fees, seeing rostered and non-rostered patients in a collaborative and congenial environment with several MOAs. We are open to occasional or regular shifts and flexible shift lenghth. We have a steady flow of new patients looking for a GP, if one is interested in their own panel. We have a welcoming and friendly and flexible work environment suited to physicians of all experience levels including those new to practice. We are offering a 75/25 split for patient visits, forms and many other private services. Free parking is included and use OSCAR EMR. Plenty of support offered to get established with our systems. - Estimated Remuneration We have a steady flow of new patients and collective roster of over 5,000 patients and many private pay patients. The potential billing for a skilled and efficient physician is very good.
- Payment Terms We pay physicians 75% of their billings and we pay promptly twice per month, with MSP remittances.
