Job description:
- Patient Volume: Entirely dependent on your preferences—control your practice and your workload.
- Patient Demographics: We serve everyone, from newborns to the elderly. As a physician, you have the freedom to curate your own patient panel based on your interests.
Types of Cases: Typical community family medicine, with opportunities to develop special interests within your practice.
Unmatched Flexibility and Support: You’ll be part of an innovative cross-coverage system that eliminates the need to find a locum when you’re away. Our network of over 60 healthcare providers ensures that any of our team members across locations can cover your patients while you’re off, so you can enjoy up to 10 weeks of vacation each year without a worry. Our cross-coverage system ensures that when you take time off, any healthcare provider from our network can cover your patient panel. This means no need to arrange locum coverage—just focus on patient care, and take time off when needed.

- Work Environment This is a brand new clinic with 7 clinic rooms and a large staff space. You will be cared for by Managers and MOAs of our distributed system that have up to 10 years experience working in the clinic. Most of our staff stay on for many years are able to use their experience to give you a large amount of support and care while you work. Our distributed team of over 60 Family Doctors and NPs will provide the largest cross coverage system in BC. Our focus is on Physician Quality of Life and excellent full practice clinical care. - Estimated Remuneration We suggest the LFP payment model or the New to Practice contract for renumeration. We also provide extended medical and dental coverage for you and your family. Most of our physicians make more than $400 000/year
- Payment Terms We are a full service, high quality family medicine clinic group. We provide our doctors, nurses, and front desk staff excellent benefits and salaries. Because of this we are an award winning, expanding group that has attracted family physicians and nurse practitioners from across Canada and the world. All your subscriptions will be paid for and you will receive excellent supports. You will have equipment to do any procedures, vaccinations, and other types of medical practice that you would like. We charge a standard 70/30 split and use that split to provide the highest quality services possible.
